In order for us to help you determine your child's personality profile we would like your child to complete the Personality Inventory for Youth.

Your child may complete the form in one of two ways.

• The printable version can be printed, completed, and brought with you to your next session.
• The Online version consists of eleven input pages. As your child completes each page, the answers will be emailed to your counselor, who will print a copy for review and discussion at your next session.
